1. Introduction

Welcome to MoshTee. By using moshtee.com or buying from us you agree to these terms. Please read them before ordering.

2. Using the site

• You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian order for you.
• You agree not to misuse the site or interfere with how it works.
• All designs, artwork, text and images on this site are our property and may not be copied, resold or reproduced without written permission.

3. Products

• All items are printed on demand after you order.
• Colours may vary slightly between what your screen shows and the finished garment. Print placement can vary by a small margin between individual shirts. This is normal for printed apparel and is not a defect.
• Size charts are on every product page. Please use them.

4. Orders and payment

• Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase.
• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours if production has not started – see our Refund & Returns Policy.
• We may cancel and refund any order we reasonably suspect is fraudulent, or where a product was listed at an obviously incorrect price.
• Prices are in US dollars.

5. Shipping

Covered by our Shipping Policy. We ship to the United States only. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.

6. Refunds and returns

Covered by our Refund & Returns Policy. In short: damaged, defective or incorrect items are replaced or refunded free within 30 days. Size mistakes and change of mind are not returnable, because each item is made to order.

7. Intellectual property

MoshTee designs are original works. They are humour written about metal culture and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed from any band, label, festival or venue. If you believe a design infringes your rights, email hello@moshtee.com and we will review it promptly.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here at the time you order is the version that applies to your order.
