Shipping Policy
Where we ship
MoshTee ships to the United States only. Every order is printed and shipped from within the US by our print partner.
Shipping rates
- $4.99 for the first item
- $1.99 for each additional item in the same order
- Free standard shipping on orders over $60
Processing and delivery time
Every shirt is printed after you order it, so there is a short production step before anything ships.
- Production: 1-2 business days
- US delivery: 2-5 business days after production
- Total: roughly 3-7 business days from the date you order
Orders are not produced or shipped on weekends or public holidays. Delivery estimates are not guarantees – carrier delays, weather and holiday backlogs are outside our control.
Tracking
You will get an order confirmation email straight away, and a separate email with tracking once your order leaves the facility. If the tracking email has not arrived within 4 business days, email us.
Damaged, wrong or lost orders
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or is simply the wrong item, email hello@moshtee.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a free replacement. You do not need to ship anything back.
If tracking shows delivered but you do not have the package, check with neighbours and your building first, then email us and we will open a carrier trace.
Wrong address
We ship to the address entered at checkout. If it is wrong, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will correct it if production has not started. After that we cannot reroute a package.
