What size should I get?

Our tees are Gildan 64000 — a slim, side-seamless fit that runs closer to the body than a boxy classic tee. If you are between sizes, size up. Every product page has a measurement table; use it rather than guessing from your usual size.

How long until it arrives?

Each shirt is printed to order. Production takes 1-2 business days, then US delivery is 2-5 business days on top — roughly 3 to 7 business days from the day you order. Weekends and public holidays are not production days.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not yet. We print and ship inside the United States only.

Is shipping free?

Free on any order over $60, which any two tees clears. A single tee ships at $4.99, and each additional item in the same order adds $1.99.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You have a 12-hour window after checkout to change size, color or address. After that the shirt is already in production and we cannot alter it.

What if it arrives wrong or damaged?

Full refund or replacement, within 30 days, no argument. Email hello@moshtee.com with your order number and a photo.

Can I return it because I changed my mind?

Because every shirt is made to order there is no unsold stock to return it to, so we cannot accept change-of-mind returns. This is exactly why the sizing note above matters.

How do I wash it so the print survives?

Inside out, cold, gentle detergent, no fabric softener on the print. Air dry if you can. Iron inside out on low, never directly on the print.
