MoshTee (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates moshtee.com. The business is operated from Lithuania and sells to customers in the United States. This page explains what we collect, why, and who it goes to.
What we collect
- Order information: name, shipping address, email address and, where given, phone number.
- Payment information: handled entirely by our payment provider. We never see or store full card details.
- Browsing data: IP address, browser and device type, and pages visited, through standard server logs and analytics.
- Cookies: used for your cart, your session, and analytics. You can manage these in your browser settings, though disabling them will break the cart.
How we use it
- To process, produce and ship your order.
- To send order confirmation and tracking emails.
- To answer customer service messages.
- To understand which products and pages work, and improve the store.
- To send marketing email, only if you opted in. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with
- Our US print and fulfilment partner receives your name and shipping address so they can produce and post your order. They cannot use it for anything else.
- Payment processors handle your payment data under their own privacy policies.
- Email and analytics providers process data on our behalf under contract.
We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone, for any purpose.
Data retention
Order records are kept as long as applicable law requires. You can ask us to delete your data by emailing hello@moshtee.com.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
