Refund & Returns Policy

Every MoshTee shirt is printed to order. That shapes this policy, so please read it before you buy.

What is covered

You have 30 days from delivery to report a problem with:

• a damaged item
• a misprinted or defective print
• the wrong item, size or color arriving

In any of those cases we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund – your choice. There is no return shipping to pay and nothing to post back to us.

What is not covered

Because nothing is pre-made, we cannot accept returns for:

• ordering the wrong size – please use the size chart on every product page
• changing your mind about the design or color
• damage caused by wear, washing against the care instructions, or ironing the print

How to make a claim

1. Email hello@moshtee.com with your order number.
2. Attach a clear photo of the item and the problem.
3. We reply within 24 hours on business days.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-14 business days. Your bank may take a few days more to display it.

Cancelling an order

Email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we will cancel it if production has not begun. Once a shirt is printed it cannot be cancelled.
